Q. I ordered and got my order confirmation, when will I get my tracking number?

A. We will provide you the tracking number in 2 - 4 Business days after we send out your order, because we want to verify the tracking number first, to prevent any inaccurate readings later on.

Q. Do you guys have a wholesale price? i wanna sell your shoes.

A. Yes we do, Please send us a message and we can gladly talk about it.

Q. I just got my tracking number but it says its not available at the moment when i track it.

A. Please note that the tracking numbers may take 3 - 5 Business days to update, but please don't worry as your package will still go smoothly as usual, this is an issue with the post office currently and unfortunately its out of our control. however if its been more than 6 Business days and you still cant track it, please send us an email and we will definitely update the post office for you.
