DAMAGED/MISPRINTED ITEMS
If the product arrives defective, we will arrange a reproduction and ship it out for free. Please send us an email(info@elegantcove.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem.

ORDER INFORMATION CHANGE
If you would like to change your order information within 24 hours of purchase, it will be free; additional 25% charges will occur if you change order information(such as address, contact information) after 24 hours and also cancellation of order after 10 days. Since we ship your products as fast as possible, please double check your order info before order.
The shipping address can be changed before shipping, and we can not do any change once shipping out.
CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/REFUND
If you would like to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a full refund no questions asked. For cancellations please send us an email(info@elegantcove.com) with your order number and we’ll process your request.
Every order comes with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If the product arrives defective or you not happy with your purchase, please send us an email (info@elegantcove.com) with your order number, picture and kindly explain the problem and we'll process your request. Once our team approves your return, please re-package the products and please send us an email and we will give you the rest of the details.
Please re-package the products and ship them back to us within 7 days. If it's been 14 days since you purchased, unfortunately refunds are no longer applicable.
Please do not refuse the delivery as the shipping fee will not be refunded and there will be a 30% Fee (total order). instead please receive the package and message us for a return.
Since we ship worldwide unfortunately we don't offer return labels as such so all the shipping cost will be at your expense.
NOTE: Failure to notify us before returning will result to the package being returned to you and your return will be voided.
Elegant Cove™ cannot be held responsible for returned items getting lost during transit. We advise customers who return their purchase to pay for insurance and tracking to guarantee it reaches our destination safely.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs; A 15% restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Please kindly allow us to take 3 business days to process your refund. Your bank statement will reflect a change within 10-15 business days. Any refund will be returned to your credit card in the original path.
Returns for exchanges cannot be transitioned to returns for refunds because we have two separate departments.
